A chance to explore the music of 18th Viennese composer Marianna Martines, alongside that of her well-known friend, a certain Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

We shall be singing alternate movements from Mozart's Coronation Mass and from the Quarta Messa by Martines, enabling us to compare and contrast the musical styles of the two composers.

The day will begin with registration at 10:30am, ready to start singing at 11am prompt, and finish with an informal performance at 4pm, to which you are welcome to invite guests. Tea, coffee and cakes will be available, but please bring a packed lunch.

Cost per singer is £20 (to include score hire) and audience tickets are £5. Please select your voice part when booking; it would be helpful if you could buy tickets for different voice parts separately, please, then we know how many of each to expect.
